Bull, architect for an open world, today announces that they have finalized a strategic channel partner relationship with Oblicore, the leading provider of ITIL-based Service Level Management (SLM) Solutions. Building on an existing partnership for systems integration of SLM solutions for Telco's worldwide, the new arrangement makes Bull a strategic distribution partner with Oblicore for Service Level Management. They will be able to propose solutions based on Oblicore's flagship product, Oblicore GuaranteeTM, to all large customers in France while they expand their SLM/SLA solutions for the telecommunications industry worldwide.
