Pierre-Yves Chaltiel, 54, joins French company Bull next January 3rd 2011, as Executive Vice President for development and International and member of the Group Executive committee. He will be in charge of the development of Key accounts and responsible for the group's international subsidiaries. Since 2008, Pierre-Yves was Chief Executive Officer of "Thalès Airborne systems". In 2006, he was appointed Senior Vice President for all Thalès Group activities in Europe, Central Asia and South America for Thalès International. Between 2002 and 2006, he was Chief Executive Officer of Thalès Communication and managing director for all French companies belonging to the "Land and Joint systems Division" of Thales. Pierre-Yves started his career as an engineer. In 1992, he started working for Dassault Electronique and then for THOMSON-CSF. Pierre-Yves graduated from "Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité" (Paris) and a Master of Science from the "Imperial College of Science and Technology" (London).
Tiphaine Hecketsweiler, 42, joins French company Bull next January 3rd 2011, as Head of communication. She will be in charge of the external, internal and institutional communication of the Group. Since 2003, Tiphaine was an associate consultant at Image 7, an institutional communication agency. She was particularly in charge of ArcelorMittal, BPCE, bioMérieux and Thales communication. Before, she was head of development in the field of telecommunications and services for Experian, an agency specialized in financial risk analysis for individuals and companies. Tiphaine is graduated from a Master of Management and a Master in Corporate Finance at the University Paris-Dauphine.
Thierry Siouffi, 48, joins French company Bull next January 3rd 2011, as Executive Vice President of the Business Line « Business Integration Solutions » and member of the Group Executive committee. He will be in charge of the global development of the line. Since 2008, Thierry was Chief Executive in charge of the Outsourcing Services for France at Logica. In 2006, he joined the Executive Board of the company. In 2001, he was appointed CEO of Logica France. Thierry initially joined CMG in 2000, as Managing Director.
Before, he was CEO and Executive Board member of Admiral France. Thierry started his career at Bull where he held different positions between 1987 and 1999. Thierry graduated from "Ecole Internationale des Sciences du Traitement de l'Information" (France) and from the Ashridge.Management Insitute (UK).
