Philippe Duluc (49) has joined Bull as Director responsible for the Group's security offer. He will be in charge of all the Security areas in the new Security Solutions Business Line and the Security of the Group.
Since 2003, Philippe has been Director of Security at the France Telecom Orange group. In this role, in 2008, he was involved in writing the White Paper on defense and national security. From 1999 to 2003, he was an adviser on scientific and technical affairs to the French Secretary General for National Defense. Previous to this, Philippe was head of the technical department at the French Ministry of Defense (1993-1999), where he began his career in 1987. Philippe is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Techniques Avancées.
