Bull reaffirms its outsourcing credentials for mission-critical SAP® solution-based environments

Bull SAS achieves status for fourth consecutive time as an SAP-certified provider of hosting services in France

Bull SAS was recently re-certified by SAP as a provider of hosting servicesin France, for the fourth time in succession. Bull received certification from SAP for its ability to deliver hosting services with high-quality operational standards in support of SAP® solutions.

With over a decade of experience in outsourcing services offered for SAP solutions, backed up by a strategy focused on building a long-term partnership with SAP (Bull is also an SAP services partner, SAP global technology partner and SAP channel partner), Bull has built up a comprehensive portfolio of services around SAP applications. These services are largely delivered via Bull's two main data centers in France. This helps ensures that all the essential security, service continuity, data security and project management conditions required by SAP are met. All services also conform to the service delivery and support processes set out in ITIL guidelines.

Both data centers - which are regularly audited - have also achieved ISO 9001 v2008 and ISO 27001 certification. In May 2011, the main site, close to the town of Angers, was recognized by the European Code of Conduct as the top-performing data center for energy efficiency, ahead of 120 competitors from across Europe, a dozen of them in France.
