8, 2012 -
The Bull Group has signed an exclusivity agreement with a view to negotiating the sale of the activities of its subsidiary, Amesys, relating to the Eagle software system; designed to build databases supporting lawful interception activities on the Internet.
This activity is non-strategic for the Bull Group, which wishes to focus on its expertise on mission-critical electronic systems and, in particular, on areas involving the protection of personnel and national security. The business to be sold represents less than 0.5% of the Bull Group's revenues.
